Margot is the founder and owner of Sandbar Coaching and Consulting based in Edmonton, Alberta. Through Sandbar, Margot is a highly experienced business coach, strategic planning facilitator and most notably, a business ethnographer. In her role as a business ethnographer, Margot is an objective outsider who immerses herself into the heart of an organization. Using job shadowing, in-person interviews, conversations and coaching, Margot checks the pulse of an organization, finds out what makes it tick, and helps it overcome its own sandbars or obstacles that get in the way of progress.
